Wasn’t happy with the number I saw on the scale whatsoever. Not happy with what I see in the mirror either. I don’t care if I die in the process, I need to change all of this.

It really breaks my heart when I see women pointing out all of the “disgusting” & “ugly” things about them. Who the fuck cares what the size on the tag says, how big your hips are, how thick your thighs are, how large or small your bum is as well as your breasts, how many stretch marks you have, how “flabby” you are, how round your face is, how crooked your teeth are, what the shape of your nose is as well as your lips, ears, and eyes. Everything. All of these things mean nothing and if you have someone in your life who has a problem with it, they have no fucking buisness being in your life anyway. If you want to change something about yourself, by all means go for it… in a healthy way. But please do me a favor and know that you’re beautiful either way. Yes, you.
