
I actually really enjoyed my lunch today. Bowl of broccoli with Low fat Sesame Ginger dressing along with an AdvantEdge protein drink. :)
-Bowl full’a spinach
-2 tbsp Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing (Newman’s Own)
-1/4 cup shelled pistachios
-1 chopped egg
-1/4 cup feta cheese
-4 strawberries (cut up to your liking)
Dinner salad, 350 calories, so yummy.
